Cicero Kody Hunter Mullins age 2, went home to be with Jesus on Saturday, August 10, 2024.   Cicero brought many smiles and much laughter into our world, for what time he was here. He loved watching Cocomelon and Bluey. Cicero loved being loved on by everyone especially his grandmother, Amber Haywood. Cicero overcame every obstacle that doctors said he would never achieve. When doctors didn't believe that Cicero would achieve every goal, we believe that God would let it be if it was meant to be and he did meet those goals. He was such a happy baby always smiling, kicking and playing.  He would brighten up any room, even during the dark times. Cicero became our source of happiness and inspiration because he taught us that nothing was impossible and what love was all about. He taught us that anything is possible if you have faith in God. Cicero will be greatly missed but will live on in our hearts.

Cicero was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Cicero and Judy McKinney; his uncle, Kody McKinney; godfather, Lee Blair.

Survivors include his parents, Shay McKinney Counts and Justin Edwards; grandparents, James and Amber Haywood; great grandparents, Bob and Donna Knoskie; uncle Justin Counts and aunt Kayte Counts; uncle Daniel Carpenter and aunt Caitlin Carpenter; great uncle Walter McKinney and great aunt Lorretta McKinney; great uncle Bill Knoskie; special uncle and aunt, Alex and Rita Costa; cousins, Ellie Carpenter and Kayden Counts; godparents, Matthew and Kassidy Fuller; bonus dad, Raven Owens.

Funeral Services will be held 1 PM Thursday August 15, 2024 at the Turner Old Regular Baptist Church, Clinchco, VA. with Bill Knoskie officiating. Burial will follow in the Moore Family Cemetery, McKinney Farm Road. The family will receive friends from 12 noon till service time.
