Bobby Eugene Scott age 66, passed away peacefully at his home in Clintwood on January 5, 2017 after a long illness and under the care of Hospice.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Iris and Lawrence Scott of Jonesville, VA.

He is survived by his wife Gail; daughter, Melissa Mullins and husband Mike of Clintwood; sons, Brian Scott and wife Crystal of Abingdon, and Michael Scott of Texas; brothers, Harold Scott and wife Becky of Clintwood, Charles Scott of Jonesville, Delbert Scott and wife Ellie of Evan Georgia; sister, Patricia Dean and husband Johnny of Coeburn; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Bobby was a proud Veteran of the United Stated Air Force.  Where he proudly served for 7 years.  He also served his community as a member of the Clintwood Volunteer Fire Department.

Gail would like to thank Welmont Hospice of Bristol for their care, Clintwood Funeral Home,  and especially to his nurse Hope Hall of Castlewood for her care and compassion during this time.

Honoring his wishes Bobby will be cremated with no services.
