Margaret Beatrice Hill "Bea" age 80, passed away Monday, April 22, 2024 at Heritage Hall, Clintwood. Mrs. Hill was a lifelong resident of McClure, Virginia and a devout Christian who enjoyed singing for the Lord. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Mrs. Hill enjoyed time with family, yard sales, flea markets and working with firewood. She always had a smile for everyone,

Mrs. Hill was preceded in death by her parents, Kenos and Cora Jane Sutherland, husband, Carol Hill and one brother, Earnest Lothery.

Survivors include her son, Jimmy Hill of McClure; daughters, Brenda Lay of Norton and Tammy Deel of Clinchco; grandchildren, Lauren Graham and Jason of Johnson City, Tennessee, Heather Keen and Wesley Rose  of Clintwood , and Jonathan Lay and Dani of Pikeville, Kentucky; great grandchildren, Madison Graham, Jay Leigh Lay and Dallas Lay; a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, April 25th, 1 pm at Clintwood Funeral Home Chapel with Ellis Leftwich, Larry Damron and Bill Knoskie officiating. Visitation will begin at 12 Noon. Burial will follow at Hill Ridge Cemetery, Hill Ridge. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
