Barbara Jean Holsapple age 68, passed away Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at her home. Mrs. Holsapple was born in Baltimore, Maryland and had lived in Dickenson County for the last 48 years.  She was a loving mother and grandmother.

Mrs. Holsapple was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Dorothy Hutton and two brothers.

Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Walker Holsapple; son, Raymond Holsapple and wife Susi of Tavernier, Florida; daughters, Angela Holsapple of Madison, NC and Lola Holsapple of Coeburn; sisters, Betty Hutton and Mary Wilt of Baltimore, Maryland; one granddaughter, Vanessa Mullins.

A private service was held at Temple Hill Memorial Park in Castlewood, Virginia.
