Ashley Karen Younce Rose, age 26, passed away at her mothers home in Wise, Virginia. She was born October 21, 1983 to Marsha Yates, Wise, Virginia and Ken Younce, Johnson City, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her wonderful grandparents, Harold and Mary Yates of Clintwood, Virginia. She is survived by her parents, Marsha Yates and Ken Younce; one daughter, Summer Smith of Smith Ridge; paternal grandmother Georgia Younce, Johnson City Tennessee; one brother, Adam, Wise, Virginia; special friend Brian Goins, Coeburn, Virginia. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, October 1, 2010 at Peuther Chapel Church with the Pastor Joe Glenn Sluss officiating. The family will receive friends at 11:00 am with services to follow at 1:00 pm. Ashley will be laid to rest beside her grandparents in the Carty Family Cemetery.
