Arthur Mullins, Jr. born May 1, 1938, entered into eternal rest June 5, 2016 at Johnston Memorial Hospital. He was of the Baptist faith and was a retired coal miner. He loved fishing, selling at the flea market and meeting lots of people.

Junior was preceded in death by his wife Patricia Ann (Pat) Mullins, his parents Arthur and Samantha Mullins, his paternal grandparents Samuel Patton and Martha Alice Mullins, his maternal grandparents Paris and Lula Mullins and his brother Roger Clayton Mullins.

He is survived by his son Randy Mullins and Tracy of Harrisonburg, Virginia; daughter Patsy Bouch and husband David of Florida; a special friend Trish Foley of Florida; brothers, Robert Neal (Bobby) Mullins and wife Josephine of Abingdon, Virginia, Danny Joe Mullins and wife Koung of Abingdon, Virginia and Bennie Allen Mullins and wife Loretta of Pound, Virginia; sisters, Glenda Stanley and husband Elder of Clintwood, Virginia, Armona Mullins and Herman of Abingdon, Virginia, Frances Short of Pound, Virginia, Marcelle Powers and husband Jimmie of Abingdon; several nieces nephews, cousins and lots of friends.

A graveside service will be conducted Monday, June 6th in the Riley Mullins Cemetery beginning at 10:00 AM with Franklin Hall officiating.
