Amanda Reedy Baker age 51, passed away Sunday March 17, 2019 at the Dickenson Community Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Theril and Allene Reedy, a 1986 graduate of Clintwood High School and a 1991 graduate of Clinch Valley College UVA Wise. Amanda was a loving wife and mother.  She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Morrison and Claude Mitchell Reedy; grandparents, Claude and Versie Reedy, George and Bertha Branham; her aunt Jane Stanley and uncle John Branham.

Survivors include her husband Bob Baker and son Logan Baker of Clintwood; her aunt Betty Reedy Cole of Newport News, VA; nieces Kimberly Reedy-Bentley and Taylor McKenzie Reedy; a host of cousins and other relatives, along with her k9 companion Reuben.

A private memorial service will be held Thursday, March 21, 2019 at 2 PM in the Clintwood Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 1 PM until service time.
